Terms & Conditions

These terms govern Perseon AI purchases, subscriptions, Lifetime Access and private GitHub repository access. Perseon AI is operated by Perseon Labs, LLC.

Products and license

  • Perseon Console Core is sold as an annual license with access to the Perseon Console Core private repository while the subscription is in good standing.
  • Perseon Console Full Stack is sold as an annual license with access to the Core and Full Stack private repositories while the subscription is in good standing.
  • Perseon Console Full Stack Lifetime is sold as Lifetime Access to the Full Stack repos and included updates published to those repos. It does not automatically include every future Perseon Labs product, service or private repository.
  • The public Agent Console repository remains governed by its own open-source license.

Account and access requirements

  • Paid repo access requires a Stripe checkout, a Better Auth account and GitHub sign-in.
  • You must sign in with the same email used at checkout so the dashboard can claim the Stripe purchase after login.
  • GitHub repo access is granted through collaborator invitations. Access is active only after the invitation is accepted or GitHub reports you as a collaborator.
  • You are responsible for keeping your GitHub account secure and for ensuring your team uses the product within the purchased license scope.

Billing and subscriptions

  • Annual licenses renew through Stripe unless canceled before the next billing period.
  • Core Annual to Full Stack Annual upgrades may be handled through the Stripe Billing Portal when configured.
  • Annual to Lifetime Access purchases may require a separate checkout. Annual customers who buy Lifetime Access must cancel their annual subscription through the billing portal if they no longer want annual billing.
  • If a Full Stack Annual subscription is downgraded to Core Annual, Full Stack repo access remains until the end of the paid period, then ends.

Access revocation

  • Repo access stays active while your subscription or lifetime license is in good standing.
  • Canceled annual subscriptions keep access until the current paid period ends unless a refund, chargeback or revocation for cause applies.
  • Refunded purchases lose repo access immediately for the refunded entitlement.
  • Chargebacks and disputes trigger immediate access revocation. If a dispute is later won, restoration may require manual review.

Acceptable use

  • Do not publish, resell or redistribute private repository contents outside the terms of your license.
  • Do not share private repo access with unpaid users or accounts that are not part of your purchased license scope.
  • Do not attempt to bypass checkout, authentication, repo invitations, billing restrictions or access revocation logic.

No guarantee of outcomes

  • Perseon Console is software infrastructure. It can improve operational visibility, but it does not guarantee revenue, client wins, uptime or business outcomes.
  • Self-hosted operation may require technical setup, configuration and maintenance in your own environment.
