Privacy Policy

Perseon AI is operated by Perseon Labs, LLC. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it and how it supports paid access to Perseon Console products.

Information we collect

  • Account details: name, email address and GitHub account information provided through Better Auth and GitHub OAuth.
  • Purchase details: Stripe customer ID, checkout session ID, subscription status, payment status, plan, refund and dispute status. Perseon AI does not store full card numbers.
  • Access details: GitHub username, repo invitation state and entitlement history needed to grant or revoke private repo access.
  • Usage and diagnostics: basic site analytics, page views, checkout events and technical logs used to keep the service secure and reliable.

How we use information

  • To process purchases, subscriptions, refunds and billing portal access through Stripe.
  • To connect paid entitlements to a Better Auth account and GitHub username.
  • To send, monitor and revoke GitHub private repo access based on your active subscription or lifetime license status.
  • To provide customer support at support@lc.perseon.ai and investigate failed access attempts.
  • To improve the product and measure marketing performance through Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager when configured.

Third-party processors

  • Stripe processes payments, receipts, subscriptions, disputes and billing portal access.
  • Better Auth manages authentication sessions and account connection logic.
  • GitHub provides OAuth sign-in and private repository collaborator invitations.
  • Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager may process analytics events when the relevant container IDs are configured.
  • Vercel hosts the application and may process operational logs required to serve the site.

Data retention and deletion

  • We keep purchase, subscription and entitlement records for as long as needed to provide access, resolve disputes, comply with accounting obligations and prevent abuse.
  • You can request deletion or correction by emailing support@lc.perseon.ai. Some financial records may need to be retained where law or payment processors require it.

Your choices

  • You can cancel annual subscriptions through the Stripe Billing Portal when available in your dashboard.
  • You can revoke GitHub OAuth access from your GitHub account settings.
  • You can contact support@lc.perseon.ai for account, privacy or access support.
